Last night Abby Liga of Liga Photography and I (pictured to the left) hosted a networking/socializing event at Citrus Restaurant. What a good time, and lots of great people came to support us!! Some pictures below and Images of our wonderful sponsors donations..

NEW OFFICE!!

2u is growing! So glad to get to breathe!! I am excited to announce that we finally are in a space that we can breathe.. This past weekend we moved into a new space. Room to work, room to play!! Still a little rough around the edges, but all in time it will come together and when it does I will post more final pics.. But you can see the before with carpet and white walls to the finished painted with wood floors..

A special thanks to my husband, Ron Morelli who worked tirelessly with me to paint install the floors, move all the furniture and equipment.. It was an exhausting weekend, but we had fun and the office looks beautiful.

One more thanks to my good friend Yvette Wilde who gave up her Saturday to help us tape and Paint!!

Thanks to both and stay tuned as we fine tune and add the finishing touches!! Still waiting for our Chandelier to come in and some images for the walls..

E-events New Brand

My good friend Lisa at E-Events came to me and asked me give her look a punch in the arm.. She felt it was time to change it up a bit, and this is why we love Lisa she is always leading the trends and on the cutting edge of innovative, creative ideas!

We started by reworking her colors and logo a bit, than developed the above look, which we will carry through many pieces of collateral. Above are the outside and Inside signs for her office in Winter Park!

I am really excited to work on the projects we have up our sleeve.. Keep watching us to see what great things we develop for her already spectacular company!!

UPDATE: 03/31/09 We are working feverishly on this new brand, postcards, notecards, etc. But to tie you over here is the new Business Card and signage created for both E-events and Liga Photography!!

Seeing our name in print!! So exciting.. The 2u Collection is featured in the current issue of Central Florida Bride Magazine. Shannon Cooper, personal friend and Publicist Extraordinar, wrote an article on the current trend of Custom Designed Invitations. She captured exactly what we do here at 2u, and what it means to customize your wedding details. Sometimes brides make invitations and wedding accompaniments the last thought. This article shares the importance of the Wedding Brand, and thinking the wedding brand through from the early stages of planning. It not only sets the tone, giving guests a preview into the event ahead, but adds the finishing details to every aspect of the event, from Programs for the church to Escort Cards. Customizing your wedding should even go as far as the last impression you leave with your guests, which is the Thank You card.. So Excited to Announce this!! This summer The 2u Collection was nominated for the WESH A-List.. The Winners were announced today, and we placed 5th out of 20 invitation companies! Being in the top 5 in the Central Florida for Creative Invitations.. So exciting.. Thanks to all of you who got us there!!

Just Marry DVD

This is exciting, and I'm glad to be a part of it!

Susan Southerland and Michele Butler of Just Marry! and I have been working together for a while now. These ladies are not only great wedding planners, but some of the coolest ladies in the industry. They came to me early this year and asked me to help re-vamp the Just Marry! look. Of course I was excited, because although I LOVE LOVE doing invitations, sometimes Advertising collateral is a nice change, and I think it keeps my creative work fresh!

For the last several months, I've been working closely with Susan to design the covers for her latest DVD. 77 Secrets for Greening the Wedding Industry. This DVD gives wedding professionals secrets and insight on guiding their clients to make earth-friendly choices for their event. From Wedding Rings, to Centerpieces — there are all kinds of things you can do to "Green" your event!

Ines Del Mar Weddings Magazine

So Another Long over-due Post, Like i said yesterday, I'm going to blog like a crazy person to get caught up over the summer's exciting happenings!

Abby Liga gets props for this, because without her singing my praise this probably never would have happened! So thanks to Abby for introducing me to Kelly Sofia Covert of Ines Del Mar Weddings. After seeing some of the invitations that have come from 2u, She asked me to design the invitations and menus for a December wedding on the horizon. The wedding from what I can tell so far is going to be Totally Sheik!! Black, Silver and Ostrich feathers.. Need I say more!

Some of this stuff is still in the works, but here is a sneak peak of the concepts!! Of course props to Liga Photography for the beautiful photography..

If I haven't said it before Abby rocks!! She Photographs all of my Invitations and makes them look Fabulous!! So if I haven't mentioned that before...
